Please click here to access a 'signposting leaflet', which highlights mental health support organisations across Lancashire and South Cumbria. We have been asked to share this by our NHS colleagues as it has recently been updated.

The printed leaflets are intended to be A4 size and folded. They contain contact details and a brief descriptor to a number of organisations, including Samaritans, Mindsmatter, Papyrus, Mind, Kooth and No Panic amongst others.
